Before Making an Appointment

If you are calling regarding a minor illness you can find advice on the website  Your local pharmacy may also be able to help and provide over the counter medication free as part of the minor illness scheme.  This may be more convenient as you can pop in to your pharmacy at a time that suits you.

Training Practice

We are a training practice.  As part of ongoing training we may need to ask patients to complete questionnaires, agree to video consultations or allow medical students to be present during consultations.  We hope that you will co-operate and help us.  If your help is required you will be informed prior to your consultation.  If you would prefer not to participate your wishes will be respected.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
