FLU VACCINATION

If you are in the eligible criteria for flu vaccination and have not yet received this, please telephone 531 8170 and request an appointment for our 'Mini Flu Clinics'

Eligible Criteria - All patients over 65

Patients under 65 with specific conditions such as Diabetes, Stroke, COPD, Heart Disease, Asthma, Pregnancy are also eligible.

Since our transition to our new phone system we are aware there is ongoing problems and patients calls are ringing out.  The engineers have advised that the volume of calls we receive between 8.30 and 9.00 is causing congestion on the lines but they are working to find a solution to this problem.  We offer an online appointment booking system - please ask at reception.

New Patient Registration

We strongly recommend that you register when you move into the practice area and not wait until you have a medical problem..  You will be asked to complete registration forms.  If you are on medication, we would recommend that you ensure you have at least 2 weeks supply of medication prior to registering.  If there are any problems with your registration form you will be contacted within 2 days.

Once you have been registered with our practice your medical records will be obtained from your previous GP.

We regret that we no longer accept patients from G32.6, G69.7 or G69.8
