New Patient Registration
We strongly recommend that you register when you move into the practice area and not wait until you have a medical problem.. You will be asked to complete registration forms. All patients over 16 will be offered a new patient medical. Under 16s on medication will also be offered a new patient medical. The nurse/HCA will take brief details of your medical history and will carry out a brief health check. Should you fail to keep or cancel this appointment you may not be accepted onto our list.
Once you have been registered with our practice your medical records will be obtained from your previous GP.
Our area comprises the postal districts G32.0, G33.3, G33.4, G33.5, G34.0, G34.9, G69.6,
We regret that we no longer accept patients from G32.6, G69.7 or G69.8
